INTERPRETATION
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
- Clients refers to you the students.
- Skillcets refers to EA International LTD registered in England No. 12772502 whose registered office is at: 63-66 Hatton Gardens, London, EC1N 8LE, England.
- Partner School: refers to our partner school Path Education Limited, company number 13312625 located in Canary Wharf in London, England.

As a user of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the respective updates. For more information about when, where, and why we collect personal data, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others, your rights in respect of your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
SOLUTIONS
Online Solutions
Our online solutions are designed to provide a high-quality education, supported by state-of-the-art facilities and excellent client support.
Exchange Programmes
Programmes are delivered by our partner school accredited by the British Council (www.britishcouncil.org), which operates a quality assurance scheme for UK providers of courses in English as a foreign language (EFL) in partnership with English UK. This accreditation ensures that our courses meet high standards of teaching, facilities, and student support, and gives you the confidence that you are receiving a quality education.
PAYMENTS
In-Person programmes
- A booking confirmation will only be issued when full payment has been received.
- Bank details are provided on the invoice.
- Payments can be made using credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).
- Payment plans are available for programmes and accommodation longer than 12 weeks.
Online Programmes
- Online programmes must be paid in full at least two business days before course starts.
- A booking confirmation will only be sent when full payment has been received.
- Bank details are provided on the invoice.
- Payment plans are available for programmes longer than 8 weeks.
- Payments can be made using credit/debit card or bank transfer.
- Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).
Accommodation
- Skillcets uses trusted third-party companies to provide accommodation to you.
- Accommodation will only be confirmed when full payment for the accommodation is made.
- We recommend paying no less than eight weeks in advance to ensure you receive the accommodation of your choice.
- Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).
- We do not guarantee accommodation of choice for students and partners who pay less than 6 weeks in advance
CHANGES TO ENROLMENT
- Skillcets reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £50.00 each time the course, online course, accommodation is changed or postponed after Skillcets has confirmed the initial enrolment. This also includes requests for changes whilst the student is taking the course.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION FEES
- All refunds will be made to the original fee payer only.All refunds will be made within 60 calendar days of cancellation.
Cancellation prior to arrival
All Programmes
- If you cancel or postpone in-person courses prior to the start date for any reason, you will get a 70% of refund.
- Online programmes If you cancel an online programme prior to the start date for any reason, you will receive a full refund..
Accommodation
- For Student Residence, if you postpone or cancel your accommodation more than six weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded in 80%. And if you cancel or postpone within four five of arrival date, you will be charged in full.
- If you cancel or postpone Homestay, House Share or Independent living accommodation more than four weeks prior to your arrival date, you will be refunded in 80%. And if you cancel or postpone within four weeks of arrival date, you will be charged full.
- All amendment notices must be given to the support.
- If a refund request does not meet the above conditions, we can only discuss on a case-by-case basis if related to visa denial or health grounds.
Cancellation after to start all the programmes
- In-Person & On-line: After the start date of your course, any lesson hours not attended, reduced, canceled, or shortened are non-refundable.

At SkillCets, we believe in delivering high-quality programmes that go beyond the classroom. Whether you have a question about the programme, need assistance with technology, or want to discuss your career goals, our team of experts is here to help. We understand that everyone learns differently, which is why we tailor our support to meet your individual needs. So you can be confident that you’ll receive the guidance and assistance you need to succeed.

Skillcets website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.
The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Clients further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise clients to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that You visit.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
DISPUTES RESOLUTION
If You have any concern or dispute about Skillcets, clients agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the legal@skillcets.com
